Subcommittees:
Fundraising: Katie Villegas, Chair
This subcommittee identifies the sources of funds needed to expand health care coverage under a local health insurance product. Activities include outlining a fundraising strategy/plan, making presentations to potential funders, planning fundraising events, determining the level of funding that can be sought, etc.

Quality Assurance and Evaluation: Tom March, MD, Chair
The mission of this subcommittee is to promote the health of children ages 0-5 years in Yolo County by assuring health care practitioners and facilities are within best practice guidelines and to identify and to improve existing health care needs.

Product Development: Liz Gibboney, Chair
This is a regional subcommittee with members representing Partnership HealthPlan, Napa, Sonoma, Solano, and Yolo counties who worked together to advise on the development of the Healthy Kids insurance product.

Health Insurance Coordinating Committee: Katy King-Goldberg, Chair
This subcommittee meets on a monthly basis to coordinate health insurance outreach and enrollment throughout the County. It also focuses on developing best practices to promote retention and utilization of health insurance benefits.
